What is this?

A coaching service to establish the policy, process and ways of working for Enterprise IT governance, which will enable Benefits realization, risk mitigation and resource optimization of IT investments.

How will it work?

• I will engage with you to understand current level of IT governance in the company.
• Post which I will share a draft policy, steering committee charter and process in line with your organization context.
• Based on further inputs, I will refine the IT Governance policy and process for you to drive IT Governance in your company.
