What is this?
Coaching program for your IT team to articulate IT strategy in language which business understands, considers valuable and is willing to commit to.
How will it work?
- Share your existing IT strategy, IT projects, Company priorities with me.
- I will analyse the documents and have a discussion with you to get more understanding of your business context.
- I will do a voice of customer survey to get more understanding of what business expects from IT.
- I will then analyse the information and share some templates for you to fill in with current capabilities of IT, we will ascertain gaps and put together a strategy presentation to address those identified gaps.
What will you gain?
- A documented approach (Which can be given to External Auditors) on how IT is aligned towards goals of business
- A reaffirmation to business of capabilities in IT leadership team to take the business forward
